Financial Wellness is important because we need money to live. Financial issues are typically responsible for a lot of the stress that we have to carry around daily. Understanding how to minimize the worry over finances will lead to increase of our overall wellness.
Creating a support system and a sense of connection and belonging.
Allows us to create a network of healthy relationships that provide a much needed support system. Having quality relationships provides confidence and comfort with our social situations.
